These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MiceStack ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MiceStack provides a cloud-based operations platform for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operators, including tools for pipeline management, quotations, invoicing, run sheets, supplier management, and AI-assisted workflows.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use a valid business email address to create an account. MiceStack is intended for business use by MICE operators, DMCs, PCOs, and corporate event companies. Personal use accounts are not permitted.

3. Subscriptions and billing

MiceStack is offered on a subscription basis with plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

If a payment fails, your account will enter a grace period. Access may be restricted if payment is not received within the grace period.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Platform — including client information, quotations, and invoices. You grant MiceStack a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership of your business data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse-engineer or copy the Platform; use automated bots to scrape or overload the system; or impersonate MiceStack or its staff.

6. AI features

AI-generated content (cost estimates, itinerary suggestions, email drafts) is provided as assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before using them in client communications or financial documents. MiceStack makes no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, etc.) outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, code, and all MiceStack branding are owned by MiceStack and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiceStack's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
